Correct use of the FCA Logo

FCA Logo is never to be used in branding by FCA Regulated Firms, their Appointed Representative Firms or any other associated company.

It amazed Seonaid Mackenzie, when reviewing a recent enquiry, that they displayed the FCA logo in the middle of their website. She told them, in no uncertain terms, that they should not be using it and to remove it immediately.  She referred them to the FCA website where they are very explicit in their communication on this.
