Sturgeon was competing against large legal firms in this category and is pleased to have been considered as a finalist amongst some industry giants.
Seonaid has a lifetime’s worth of experience of a 31 year career in the City including stockbroker, fund manager, an operator of UK funds, a fund raiser for private companies and funds, while sitting as a non-exec in financial services or SMEs. In 1998 she set up Sturgeon Ventures as a single family office, becoming the pioneer of Regulatory Incubation in 2000. Also known as a Regulatory Umbrella or Regulatory Hosting.
